About Us

MG Accounting & Tax Services, LLC. is a limited liability corporation based in Johns Creek, GA formed in 2005 to provide accounting and tax services for Small Businesses, Corporations, Partnerships and Individuals. We provide professional accounting and tax services in accordance with the standards of the profession and in compliance with IRS rules and regulations.

Mary Alice Miles, President and owner, has over twenty years of experience in accounting, business management and tax. In Erie, PA she progressed from bookkeeper to accountant and later gained the knowledge of full-charge accounting and reporting working for Fortune 500 corporations in Atlanta, GA. Her experience includes but is not limited to SBA loan document preparation, business plan writing, budgeting and cash management, payroll management, financial reporting, and tax preparation and reporting for both the federal and state governments. Her educational background includes an Associate Business degree from Erie Business Center, Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Accounting and Management from Kennesaw State University, and Certification in Forensic Accounting from Post University. She is a member of the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business Administration, National Association of the Self-Employed and the National Association of Tax Professionals.
